Since its establishment in 1933, Santarelli Concrete and Vibrated Block Company has been a leader in the industry in Wyoming Valley. Filippo Santarelli, a native of Wyoming Valley, established the company. It was primarily founded as a block manufacturer. The company also developed as the area grew.

Filippo's sons built a large-scale block production facility in West Wyoming, PA providing quality masonry and block products in the area. Expanding its business with ready-mix concrete, a concrete plant was also built adjacent to the block facility on Shoemaker Street. The company continues to grow in the ready-mix division and block products.

Mark C. Oley purchased Santarelli Concrete and Vibrated Block Company in 2009. Mark C. Oley is a resident of Wyoming Valley. He is a ready-mix professional and has over 20 years of experience in the field. He is well-qualified and capable of keeping the company as a leader in the industry.

Mark expanded the fleet, computerized the batching system and modernized the plant facility. Mark's sons, Louis and Nicholas, became a part of the company in 2016. In the same year, the company was renamed Oley Industries LLC.
